I would say that my personal level of health is above average. I stay active and watch my actions and how I eat very sincerly. My wellness is good as well especially my physical wellness. My social wellness is also very good as I stay friendly with people and am in a good social stage. I stay away from the things that are very harmful to my health to keep my body's health and wellness up. Although my health isn't perfect if I judged it myself I would say it's better than most.
