Current Health and Improvement.
Everyone can always improve their health no matter what they are doing. Nobody does everything perfect everyday and that is okay. There are many ways I could improve my health. One thing I could improve for my health is the way. Usually I eat pretty healthy but there is also many times where all I do is eat fast or unhealthy food. Cutting down times like this is a huge way for improvement of my health in the long term. Another way is drinks. Like unhealthy food soda is also very bad for you. As I eat healthy a lot I almost always am drinking pop or drinks that aren't the healthiest. Drinking more things like water and milk and reducing the amount of soda and caffeine is another ideal way to improve health. The last thing I think I could use improvement in is stress. Sometimes this can be uncontrollable but many people deal with stress everyday and sometimes a lot of it. I like to push myself hard in the things I do. I push myself in school by taking hard classes and trying to keep my grades up at all times. Also I am a active person and like doing physical activities. When I am doing things like this I push especially hard. Sometimes this can put me under stress trying to have time for and understanding everything. Limiting the things I do and being more calm about things could also benefit to my health in a good way. Although everyone can improve in many ways people also are always doing things right. My health is good and I am proud of the way I handle it. The biggest thing that I praise I am doing right now is my physical health. I like fitness and I workout almost everyday. Staying active is easily the biggest beneficial thing I do for my health. Another thing I do well is staying hydrated and resting. Usually everyday I get the sleep that my body needs and I am always hydrated during the day with water. There are times when I don't drink water but usually I am very hydrated. Rest is very important for your body so I try to get what I need and as much as I can every night. So far my health is good but in order for it to stay that way there are many things I have to avoid. Unhealthy eating, alcohol, and smoking are 3 huge things needed to avoid in the future. These are 3 vital things you can't do if you want your health to remain in good conditions.
