I chose to go about looking for pages over the topic anorexia. Anorexia is a medical condition that causes people to basically lose appetite for all food. It is also mental in the fact that it scares people to be heavy or gain Weight at all. People who have anorexia are usually very low in body weight and are skinny. People who have anorexia are often called anorexic. I found a website with good information and a story from a girl that got help and works through her problems. Anorexia seems as that you cannot get over your problem unless you get help from someone. This is unfortunate because getting help for things like this is usually one of the hardest things for people to do. However, this is definitely a disorder that needs to be overcame. Anoerxia will absolutely cause problems with your body especially not getting the nutrition and other things that your body needs. Eating nothing is almost just as bad as eating filthy with no nutrition. Since the people are so scared of gaining weight it causes many problems. Lots of people will eat but then do unhealthy things like take laxatives to throw up and try to dispose of all the food left in their body. Although it is very hard it is not impossible. The most popular steps for getting over it are pretty standard. A key thing to get over it is to talk to someone and get help. There are professionals that can help significantly. So getting professional help would be very good as well. Another thing would to be to make a plan on how to move on with life and not focus on your anorexia to come and hold you down again.
