Why: I chose this site because it relates to me relatively we'll and I think it can be helpful to many more people than just me. First off, it tells you why eating healthy is so important. It makes many good points that people understand and need to try to take in better. It also provides other websites for information and other important things like creating a meal plan for yourself.
Me: This site could do well for me. It has so much information about food and nutrition. One of the best things I believe is you and find a page full of substitutions. It provides many different things to swap for unhealthy foods that people usually eat and enjoy. It has substitutes for things like deserts, meat, snacks, and also cooking ingredients to make your home meals healthier. I think paying attention to those tables would honestly work well for my body and nutrition. My worst problem is soft drinks. I enjoy soft drinks much more than I do water as most others do as well. It also provides other options for you to try to keep you away from soft or sugar sweetened drinks which would be important for me.
Future: Keeping these tables and all the nutritional information from this website in mind could go a long way for me. It also has many helpful articles about keeping track of your foods and how to avoid health problems. Another way I think that could carry into the future is if I used the links provided on their website to have help creating a meal plan especially for me. I think I could use the website for a while then learn to create a plan on my own and continue to do so. Doing this I think will help my body in so many ways keeping track of a diet and eating healthy foods.
